Eva Hsia
TCML Certified Instructor Bilingual Educator
Eva brings a unique perspective to our team. Having pursued academic studies at AUT (Auckland University of Technology), she deeply understands the challenges and joys of mastering a second language in a new environment.
A graduate of National Taipei University, Eva has been part of the Chi-Yuan Education family since 2015. Her teaching style is defined by patience and empathy. She specializes in helping beginners overcome their fear of speaking, using her bilingual background to bridge cultural gaps and make Taiwanese Mandarin accessible to everyone.
Jenny Tsai TCML Instructor | Cultural Specialist
Jenny is a scholar at heart with a passion for sharing the wisdom of Chinese classics. With a Bachelor of Law from National Taiwan University (NTU) and a Master’s degree from NCCU, she brings intellect and depth to her teaching.
Jenny has years of experience hosting bilingual reading groups on the Analects of Confucius and the Tao Te Ching. She excels at explaining the rich history and philosophy behind the language. Her classes are perfect for students who want to go beyond basic phrases and truly understand the "Why" behind the Mandarin language and Taiwanese culture.

Educational Longevity: Possesses over 20 years of hands-on experience in promoting Mandarin education, successfully helping both foreign learners and heritage students connect with Chinese culture and Traditional Chinese characters.
Academic & Cultural Authority: Recognized as a subject matter expert, sharing overseas Chinese education experience through lectures at institutions like Tsinghua University and organizing the National Hard-Pen Calligraphy Contest for nine consecutive years.
Leadership & Vision: Co-founder of the Chi-Yuan Education Centre, driving the mission of multicultural promotion and curriculum development in close partnership with the Principal and the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC).

Joy Tung | Teacher & Administration Director
Versatile Educational Expertise: Long-serving teacher and curriculum director at the Centre since 2012, specializing in course planning, materials design, and instruction for all age groups.
